It explains your rights and responsibilities when using our mobile application Addons for Minecraft Mods (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to follow the terms described in this Agreement.
Our Services
Our App allows users to explore and install various Minecraft-related content such as addons, skins, mods, maps, houses, bases, and other structures for Minecraft Pocket Edition. By selecting the content you like, it can be added to your Minecraft world to enhance your gameplay experience.

You may use the materials only for personal and non-commercial purposes through the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the materials without permission. Any content you create using the App remains your property, but we do not claim ownership of user-created content.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for how you use the App and any content you download or install. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your Minecraft game or any issues that may arise from using third-party content.
Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using the App at any time to end the Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these terms or created legal risk for us.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without errors or interruptions.
You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to your device, software, or game files.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of game progress, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and us regarding the App or this Agreement, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.
